About SkillSquad SkillSquad connects customers with verified home service professionals (“Service Providers”) for tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. SkillSquad acts only as a facilitator & the actual services are provided by independent Service Providers. 2. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use SkillSquad. 3. User Accounts To book or manage services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate details and keep your login information secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. 4. Payments Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway. All fees and applicable taxes are shown at the time of booking. By confirming a booking, you authorize SkillSquad or its partners to process the payment. SkillSquad is not responsible for disputes between you and Service Providers regarding the quality or scope of work. 5. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations and refunds follow the policy shown at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy. SkillSquad may cancel any booking for reasons such as fraud or policy violations. 6. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Use the app for illegal or fraudulent activities. Interfere with or disrupt the apps operation. Post false, misleading, or harmful content. Violating these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account. 7. Third-Party Services We may use third-party tools like payment gateways or communication services. SkillSquad is not responsible for their performance, data handling, or policies. 8. Intellectual Property All app content, logos, and materials are owned by SkillSquad. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission. 9.
